Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at takisha@minimeboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGESWhen you place an order with us please note that the liability is betweenyou and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered or that USPS has returned to us, but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

• Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
• Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
• Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
• Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up. 

Please note, if USPS has returned your package to us because you put the incorrect address at check out, you will need to re-pay for shipping, even if you used free shipping the first time.
